Netprofile's work in cyber crisis communications has been noted in both domestic and international communications competitions.

H72 provides CxO level help in throngs of cyber crisis

Netprofile's proprietary H72 model is a business leadership concept for managing cyber crises. It has been developed in collaboration with Finnish government cybersecurity experts, data security experts, white hat hackers, lawyers, management consultants and reputation management experts.

The H72 model helps both in anticipating threats and when a cyber incident has already occurred.

The name of our service, H72, derives from the EU GDPR statute (EU 2016/679) that requires the controller to "notify the personal data breach to the supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it".
