Netprofile has been named the best communications agency employer in Continental Europe in the Best Agency to Work for category at the EMEA SABRE Awards 2026.
“I am deeply moved by this recognition, because culture is a company’s most valuable asset. This is reflected in how we take responsibility for one another and for our clients,” says Christina Forsgård, founder and board chair at Netprofile.
The accolade is built on Netprofile’s values-driven culture. Every member of the team works with purpose, committed to earning colleagues’ and clients’ trust. Day-to-day work is guided by curiosity, mutual respect, and a genuine drive to address the questions that matter most to clients’ businesses.
Netprofile’s cyber crisis mitigation work with Visma Solutions won the EMEA SABRE Crisis and Issues Management category. In a cyber crisis, hours are decisive. Delays in communication amplifies damage and can multiply financial losses. In 2025, cyber criminals stole approximately €148 million from Finnish individuals and organisations, of which roughly half was recovered. Each successfully managed cyber-attack is a victory.
Netprofile and cybersecurity company NetNordic won the IN2SABRE Original/Commissioned Research for PR category. NetNordic investigated the discussion arbout Finland’s 50 largest companies on the dark web, finding an abundance of references, including usernames and conversation fragments.
The H72X simulation training programme, developed by Netprofile for cyber crisis management and communications and implemented together with Visma Solutions, won the IN2SABRE innovation award in the Best New PR Agency Product/Service category. Managing cyber crises sits at the sharp end of corporate risk management, and preparing for them has become a legal requirement for many.
In addition to the four category wins, the agency received two Certificates of Excellence. One for its strategic reputation-building work with Coinmotion and one for its own, innovative marketing, centred on the annual Insight Track industry review.
“Behind this success is an optimized combination of expertise, experience, and creativity,” says Juha Frey, CEO of Netprofile. ” AI has unleashed a flood of mediocre communications and marketing content, but no volume of output can substitute for distinctive thinking. We strongly believe that focus and differentiation are the absolute prerequisites for sustained success.”
The European SABRE finalists were selected by an international jury of 59 senior marketing communications professionals. The SABRE Awards EMEA 2026 were presented at a gala ceremony in London on 21 May.
